The network of Web Sites (collectively, the "ASPTuning Web Sites") operated by ASPTuning or its affiliates or subsidiaries, is comprised of various Web sites and Web pages. The ASPTuning Web Sites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the ASPTuning Web Sites constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Your use of a particular ASPTuning website included within the ASPTuning Web Sites network may also be subject to additional terms outlined elsewhere on that website (the "Additional Terms"). Additionally, the ASPTuning Web Sites may themselves contain additional terms that govern particular features or offers (for example, sweepstakes or chat areas). In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular ASPTuning website, then these terms shall control.

ASPTuning reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the ASPTuning Web Sites are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the ASPTuning Web Sites. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

Use of Site

Secure Ordering
Your information with www.ASPTuning.com is on a secure and encrypted server with 128/256 Bit Strong SSL Encryption. Secure Encryption & Identity Assurance Services Provided by SecureSSL ®.

Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed immediately upon placement by e-mail notification, with details of order number, total cost, and taxes (where applicable).

Order Tracking
On shipment of the order, you will receive a second email notification listing the details of your package and the shipment method along with a tracking number.* Your order status can be checked online at anytime. Once the package is shipped, it can be tracked by visiting www.fedex.com, www.ups.com, www.usps.com, www.canadapost.com, and www.purolator.com.

*Note: We regret that we are not able to provide tracking numbers for APO/FPO addresses.

Credit Card Statement Your Credit Card statement will show money credited to the account of:

Payment through Credit Card ASPTuning accepts the following Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no charge for Debit Card usage on any website owned by ASPTuning. All credit cards are verified via InternetSecure Merchant Services payment gateway prior to processing order for shipment. AMEX and Discovery are subjected to a 5% processing fee.

Payment through PayPal
PayPal is an independent agency offering an alternative payment option, for safe online transactions. For online purchases, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website, where she/he can use this ID. At the PayPal site, the secure transaction takes place. After the PayPal transaction is complete, the customer will then receive an invoice via e-mail, providing transaction details. ASPTuning takes the utmost care in keeping all customer information confidential. All details disclosed in the order process are used solely for the purpose of the specific transaction.

Shipping Options
Orders are shipped via UPS, CanadaPost, USPS, or FedEx, at the full discretion of ASPTuning.

APO/FPO addresses
When placing an order for APO/FPO address, please enter the appropriate term (APO or FPO) in the city field and then choose the appropriate two-letter code in the state field. In addition, please be sure to select United States in the country field.

APO/FPO State Codes AA - Armed Forces Americas AE - Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada AP - Armed Forces Pacific All APO/FPO orders are shipped via postal service USPS.

All APO-AE customers please note although the US Postal Service claims packages should arrive within 3 to 10 business days from the shipment date. eas has been experiencing shipment delivery in the range of 4 to 6 weeks for APO-AE orders. As we have no control over this please take this fact into consideration before placing your order with us.

International
Please note that Trade agreements vary between Canada and international countries. For this reason, duties and taxes applicable on the importation of any of ASPTuning product(s) are the full responsibility of the customer. International Orders are non-returnable.

Cancellations
Order cancellations will be entertained only if the goods have not been shipped. A refund will be issued only after deduction of $5.00 or 5% of total order value (whichever is higher) towards banking expenses. You will be charged a 25%, 30% or 35% restocking fee if the item has been shipped.

Exchanges/Replacements/Returns/Refunds
ASPTuning values its customers and ensures that all refunds and replacements are handled within 2 business days from receipt. Send requests for exchanges/replacements/refunds to the following address along with a completed Return Authorization Form to:

Exchange/Replacement
ASPTuning has a 2-day exchange policy from the date of shipment for defective/damaged merchandise:

• Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
• A completed Return Slip must accompany the merchandise.
• Please state reason for exchange/replacement on the Return Slip so that we may serve you better.
• The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

Returns/Refunds
ASPTuning has a 2-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of shipment subject to the following:

• The Customer must contact ASPTuning via email within 2 days of order shipment to receieve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns must be 100% complete with all parts in original packing and in resellable condition. Boxes, manuals and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
• A completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) must accompany the merchandise.
• Your RMA number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the box, next to your shipping label. This is very important as returns without an RMA number will be refused.
• The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and shall be deducted when issuing the refund.
• You will be automatically charged $25 or a 25%, 30%, or 35% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Many parts sold by ASPTuning are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use. ASPTuning makes no representation with respect to the legality for street use of any parts sold or their ability to pass emissions tests in any State/Province. The customer understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to determine applicability of local, State/Provincial and Federal laws and compliance with them prior to using purchased parts on any vehicle driven on the street. ASPTuning makes no representation whatsoever that installation and/or use of parts purchased from ASPTuning will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on customers vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products purchased from ASPTuning.

Special Orders

Special orders are non-returnable or cancellable after payment has been made or the corresponding order is placed with our vendor. We will do our best to accomodate special order changes (eg. color, finish, offset, etc.) when requested in a timely matter. The abolity to change special orders will be left solely to the descretion of our vendors and manufactuers. Special order items include but are not limited to the following:

• Carbon Fibre valued over $250 or more
• Big Brake Packages
• Exhaust Systems
• All Wheel & Tire Packages or wheel sets in custom colors
• Any parts ordered by color
• Suspension systems
• Any other items otherwise indicated on a product page listed as a special order item.

Refused Shipments

For any shipments that are refused, you will be automatically charged $25 or a 25%, 30%, or 35% restocking fee, whichever is greater to cover costs associated with processing your order and return.

Buying Products on Our Website

Since we work with many manufacturers to ensure that products are in-stock and ready to ship same day, there may be times when an alternate product is shipped. Typographical Errors

In the event a ASPTuning product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ASPTuning shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. ASPTuning shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ASPTuning shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the Site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by ASPTuning without notice at any time for any reason.
