Shipping Information:
Products ordered each day, and will be notified if orders are on back order. We ship by FedEx, Purolator and/or Canada Post for domestic and international shipping, whichever is cheaper on shipping rates. Express is available please ask before placing order. Large orders may take 24 - 72 hours to ship due to packaging or accessory installation time. International shipping will be by Canada Post Air, FedEx Air, or Purolator Express 1 Day. Other Express shipping options are availbale upon request for domestic or international. Shipping charges are extra and are not included in the cost of the product.
All international customers MUST inquire prior to product placement due to shipping requiements. Please contact us in the contact us page. Please provide us with your shipping information and product you wish to order. Then we shall contact you back with further information on how to proceed.
Any items that are substantial value will require a inquiry on shipping. For example a supercharger kit will require the buyer to email us or call us to inquire about your shipping charges otherwise basic shipping will be applied.
Shipping Exceptions:
Over sized items may have dificulty being shipped. We cannot promise it can be shipped to your door. But ASPTuning will employ 3rd party shippers in order to ship oversized items to your door.
Shipping to East Coast will have additional charges ontop of quoted shipping prices due to the distance needed to be travelled, general rule for shipping to East Coast is add on $10 to total shipping prices on small items. Larger items will be notified of shipping rates.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns should be through place of purchase. An RMA# will be issued once you have filed a return authorization. Please email for an RMA#. Returns without an RMA may not be processed expediantly; or in the situation where no information is available to identify the shipping party, goods may be disposed of after 30 days. Shippers are responsible for shipping charges. We accept returns on items up to 7 days only due to dis-satisfaction. Any returns may be subjected to restocking fee of 20%, 25%, 30%.
Customer is responsible for shipping all items back to the place of purchase. If its an exchange ASPTuning will cover one-way shipping only.
Cancellations should be done by 12 PM Mountain Standard Time. After 12 PM, your goods are likely to have been shipped and we cannot make any guarantees about retrieving your package from FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post and UPS. No packages can be retrieved for international shipments.
Any orders cancelled after shipping must be returned unopened for full credit or refund. Shipping and Paypal fees will not be refunded on any cancellations, refunds or returns. All cancellations are subjected to a cancellation fee of $5.00.
Disclaimer:
- We do not accept returns on items with physical damage or product abuse, nor items that have been altered, modified, or improperly installed.
- Any security seals or serial numbers have been removed, tampered or altered cannot be returned.
Brokerage, Fees, and Duties:
We are located in Canada, and YOU as the consumer if your within Canada will NOT have to pay any brokerage, fees and/or duties at ASPTunings disrection. In the event that you DO have to pay out of your own pocket for the brokerage, fees, and duties. ASPTuning may reimberst you for your loss unless otherwise stated by an authorized employee.
Shipping Insurance:
All our products are insured with a $100 base coverage, additional coverage can be purchased. However in some cases ASPTuning will include fulle shipping coverage free of charge at their discretion. ASPTuning goes great lengths to insure your product arrives safely.
Shipping Claims
In the event that your package arrives damage please notify ASPTuning within 3 business days to start a claim. The longer you wait, the less likely your claim will be process in a timely manner, and not being approved. Because ASPTuning contracts 3rd party companies such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, DB schenker, ROE Logistics, etc to deliver your package safely each companies have their own policies and guidelines to the claim process.
Make sure you ALWAYS note on the waybill that you received the item damaged. Otherwise, there will be no chance of your claim being approved with no ground to fight on. We can always try to appeal this decision but it is at the discretion of the 3rd party shipping company.
Claim Process
ASPTuning will submit ALL neccessary information to 3rd part shipping companies to process your claim on your behalf. This process can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 months to be processed depending on the 3rd party company rules and guidelines. ASPTuning can only claim the maximum insured amount of the package, and in some cases freight, brokerage, and duties are not claimable. Therefore, clients should be prepared to pay additional charges.
Disclaimer: ASPTuning is not responsible for any damages to your package since ASPTuning ensures your package is packed safely with one or more of the following items: Brown commercial paper/air-filled peanuts/bubble wrap/foam and cardboard.
An insurance adjustor may have to inspect your item before the claim can be processed, or the 3rd party carrier may send their own authorized personnel to inspect the item. The item should not be modified or tampered with during the claim process. Please put the item aside until the claim process is completed.

The client or clients will be notified in the event the claim is approved and the amount it was approved for if its below your initial payment of the order. |
